Irish CSO Reports: Agricultural Price Indices - February 2014
Agricultural output price index down 2.1% in February 2014
The agricultural output price index decreased by 2.1% in February 2014 compared with January 2014. The agricultural input price index was unchanged over the same period. Thus, the resulting terms of trade index decreased by 2.1% in February 2014. See Tables 1, 2 and graph.
On an annual basis, the agricultural output price index in February 2014 was 2.8% lower than in February 2013. The agricultural input price index was down 5.7% in February 2014 compared with February 2013.
