lactose, and minerals. These components can be influenced
by many factors, including genetics and nutrition, says an Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service report.
US Feed Outlook
US feed grain supplies are expected to be up slightly from last month, but they show a fall year on year, according to the USDA Economic Research Service Feed Outlook for January 2009. Corn and Sorghum production is up with more and more corn being used to produce ethanol, the report says.
