EU beef prices to slightly decline in next years - report
Prices to reach € 6,000/t by 2035

By: After a period of high EU beef prices in 2022-2024, prices are expected to slightly come down in the next years due to a better balance between supply and demand in the EU, according to the EU Agricultural Outlook report (2024-2035).
Nevertheless, increased production costs in the EU and a declining beef output may result in prices settling at a higher level than in the past, reaching around EUR 6 000/t by 2035.
