Rice Asks Japan About Lifting Beef Ban
WASHINGTON - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice raised the issue of Japan lifting completely a ban on imports of U.S. beef while meeting Saturday with her Japanese counterpart. Rice met with Nobutaka Machimura for bilateral talks.
