Compliance Warning Issued After Processor Safety Failure
ARGENTINA – Dairy food safety standards are being subject to a government health check after two processors fell short of the mark earlier this autumn.Sanctions have been placed on two dairies over failure in two resolutions of the Single Registration of Food Chain (RUCA).
The cases, in Buenos Aires and Cordoba, have led to a public release for the whole dairy supply chain.
Stakeholders have been reminded of the reporting structure for corruption, illegal behaviour, administrative irregularities and trade violations, which is to go through National Registration and Control (DNMyF).
