New Kits Highlight Nutritional Value Of Red Meat
UK - Quality Standard butchers are being encouraged to arm their customers with the facts about the nutritional benefits of red meat, thanks to new point-of-sale kits from EBLEX.

“Don’t forget your nutrients!” is the theme of the kits, which contain two posters highlighting the variety of nutrients provided by beef and lamb, as well as a consumer-facing leaflet that outlines the positive role red meat plays in maintaining general health and wellbeing.
EBLEX retail project manager, Mike Whittemore, said: “Consumers are bombarded by contradictory messages when it comes to eating red meat, so we decided it was time to set the record straight."
“The informative leaflet and eye-catching posters clearly set out the facts about the benefits of eating beef and lamb, highlighting that it provides essential nutrients including protein, iron, zinc and vitamins D and B.”
This special point-of-sale kit supplements the regular seasonal promotional material that EBLEX provides throughout the year.
