Beef Spectacular 2011
AUSTRALIA - The New South Wales Beef Spectacular and Farm Trade Expo will once again be held at Dubbo Showgrounds on March 16 and 17, 2011.The NSW Beef Spectacular is a show case of the best the NSW beef industry has to offer with over 800 head of cattle shown across two days. In 2011 the event will go from a three day to a two day event with cattle judging in several rings and venues to showcase as many breeds as possible in two days.
The event has included a Trade Field day in previous years. In 2011 we aim to run a Dubbo Farms Expo – to become one of the new must be there field days on the field day circuit. This field day will include all your major and minor farm equipment, gadgets and accessories as well as cattle handling, clothing, transport and all the usual sites you will find at any of the current field days.
The 2011 will be a showcase for all breeds of beef and the equipment used in the industry, combined with the latest industry information from the states leading industry and governing bodies on topics that are relevant to today’s cattle industry. The trade field day offers visitors the best in not only cattle and farm equipment, but clothing and breed information through to household requirements. From it’s humble beginnings in 2007 the NSW Beef Spectacular and Trade Expo has grown to over 800 head of cattle both stud and commercial, 50 trade sites, seminars from the states top speakers and plenty of junior events for schools and the kids.
The theme for the 2011 NSW Beef Spectacular and Farm Trade Expo will be “Bringing Beef & Farming to you”, focusing on bringing the latest industry information and awareness to cattle producers and the general public of what is beef, where it comes from and how it finishes up on your plate and in your supermarkets and restaurants, combined with all the necessary products, equipment and gadgets you need to run a successful farm.
The NSW Beef Spectacular and Farm Trade Expo has a focus on commercial reality and how all visitors can come and see what is on offer. The event will run over two days with plenty to see and do at the event and throughout the shire of Dubbo.
