Berks woman to lead Pennsylvania Beef Council
PA - A Berks County dairy producer has been elected chairwoman of the Pennsylvania Beef Council. Phoebe Bitler was elected chairwoman replacing Frank Stoltzfus who served the board in 2005-2006.

Their farm includes 260 registered Holsteins, 450 crop acres, a small herd of Loala beef cows and custom harvesting, cattle brokering and agricultural tour services.
Phoebe Bitler also serves on the Pennsylvania Dairy Stakeholders, Berks County Conservancy, the Pennsylvania Dairy Task Force and the Northeast Dairy Leadership Team.
