Samantha Werth, Executive Director at the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef (USRSB) talks to Business Development Manager Jamie Reid about how the organization connects producers, processors, retailers and academics to improve sustainability of the U.S. beef value chain.

The USRSB sponsored the roundtable discussions at the Animal AgTech Innovation Summit in San Francisco. Sam and Steve Wooten, 2021/2022 Chair at Beatty Canyon Ranch both hosted a roundtable discussion on ‘Leveraging Technology to Optimize Cattle & Environment’ on March 13.
