IDF Dairy Innovation Awards Winners Announced
GLOBAL - China reigned supreme at the 2011 IDF Dairy Innovation Awards, as it walked away with three awards. The Chinese companies won best new dairy drink, best newcomer brand of business and best environmental sustainability initiative.
FoodBev Media’s Dairy Innovation magazine in conjunction with the International Dairy Federation (IDF)announced the winners of the 2011 IDF Dairy Innovation Awards.
This year’s awards attracted over 100 entries from 25 countries in 14
categories ranging from products, to packaging, marketing and environmental
sustainability.
The judging panel selected the finalists and winners in August.
The winner of each category are as follows:

Korea Dairy Committee, from South Korea, with the Milk Mentor campaign
Best environmental sustainability initiative
